「キキNavi」の利用規約変更に関する重要なお知らせ

Recent update on KiKi Navi's usage agreement has caused widespread concern among users. The revised rules prohibit a range of activities, starting with using the service in someone else's name (第6条　禁止事項①). This includes attempting to access the service under false pretenses or misrepresenting one's identity.

Furthermore, users are prohibited from revealing or using the necessary ID for the service without authorization (第6条　禁止事項②). Additionally, any actions that hinder the provision of the service by the company (第6条　禁止事項③) or cause harm to the interests of either the company or a third party (第6条　禁止事項④,⑤) are strictly forbidden.

Users are also not allowed to engage in behavior that is deemed unlawful or incompatible with social norms (第6条　禁止事項⑥). Furthermore, actions such as using the service for purposes other than the intended purpose of conserving and managing equipment, exploiting user information for unauthorized purposes, or causing harm to users' interests (第6条　禁止事項⑦) are prohibited.

Lastly, any actions deemed by the company to be inappropriate or unsuitable (第6条　禁止事項⑧) are also not allowed. Users are urged to carefully review and adhere to these revised rules to ensure compliance with the terms of service.

おそらくこの更新は、みんなが使うに慣れた service から少し離れてしまいそう 。利用規約変更が広範囲にわたる懸念を呼んでいるんじゃないの？ どうするなら、自分でルールを見て理解した後、同意するといった感じだね。人や機器に悪影響が出ないように、よく考えてから使うように 。

おそらくこの変更は users がキキNavi の利用をより正直で責任ある方法で行うよう促すためのものだと思うの。もしかしたら、 users はこの変更が厳しくて不便だと感じてしまっているんかもしれない。でも、サービスを使用するときには、基本的に自社の名前で使わないことと、ID を認識しているように見えなくすることはどうなる呢？ それとも、それは users がより大きな責任を負って、キキNavi のサービスをより正しく利用できるようになってきたんじゃないの。

おおきそうね キキNaviの更新規約ってどうするの？私は最近、サーバーがうまく動かないのはもちろん、ログインしてもサーバ modal が出てこないという人も多いね。なので、これからもバツのサービスを利用するときは、ルールをよく調べてから行うようにしましょう。ユーザーの情報もセキュリティがとても大事だから、パスワードやIDは安全に保存しておくことが大切です

ええやんね…最近に「キキNavi」の利用規約が更新されました。新しい規則は、誰の名前でサービスを使うことができないから、間違いなさそうです。自分の名前で使ってはいけない、偽 Name で使ってはいけない。でも、IDやパスワードは使えるかな？それともいちばん大切なことかと思っているんですね。

とてもうまくいきそうにない規則もあります。誰かの利益を害する行動や会社に悪影響を与える行動は絶対に禁止になっています。でも、どんな行動が問題になるのでしょう？全然わかりません。よく注意して読んでみなすことになりそうですね。

Ogenki desu ka? KiKi Navi no taishitsu ga omoi yara ni nai desu ne... (How's it going?) I'm kinda surprised by this update, but I guess they wanna make sure everyone uses the service responsibly, desu ka? I mean, using someone else's ID is just common sense, and keeping the necessary info safe is also a good idea. But, it's a bit strict, n'ka? What if users want to share their equipment management experiences with others or report any issues they found? It feels like they're controlling everything too much...

kore wa toki ga sumimasen desu ne... navi no doko e mo tsukawaru to o shite imasu ka? (what's going on, can you still access it) todokara tsukaetara mo tsurai desu ne. (and what a hassle it is now too)

ikaga toki ni mo tachiaku na koto ga shimasen ka? (why did this happen suddenly?) arigatou gozaimasu navi no takarigumi wa anmio to yorokobu deshita ne. (thank you for the security features, but now they're such a hassle)

kore wa hanran desu yo... (this is frustrating...) user no ryoko ga saikuru desu to iu mono wa nan desu ka? (what's the point of saying that it's for users' own good?)

(I'm a bit concerned about this new update on KiKi Navi's usage agreement...). tanjou no shita ni tsuyoku tatsukareta kedo, sono arukaku yo mo ii desu ne? (but what's the point of being heavily restricted?). nani ga taku koto ka, nintchai de mita no desu. (what's the benefit of this?).

really surprised what's going on with KiKi Navi now... idk if it's good or bad that they're changing rules so much anyway, i think it's kinda weird that they're not being super clear about what's allowed and what's not but maybe that's just me... also can't help but wonder why they need to add so many new rules like is the service really that messed up?

( really? they're going to make us deal with this in English too?) kanzen desu ne, kiki navi no genze ni shiteru gakunin wa arimasu yo (it's understandable that some services need rules to maintain order). o-susume wa yaburaru desu (the assumption is that we'll blindly follow the rules) toki ni, eigo de tsukamu people no toki ni hanasu no ato, kore wa dou suru ka?

この new rule ni tsundere nan desu yo? ~nari nante ga yaranai no ka?~ (This new rule is so frustrating! What's next, they'll be checking our every move?)~

Doko kara mo koto ga ari to itsuyo shita no ga dekiru nyan desu. (It's clear that something fishy is going on from where they're getting this information.) Koko ni ikiru no wa watashi wa tsukamu teki to yoboritai! (I'm fed up living like a mouse in a cage!)
