I don't usually comment but...この判決は、日本人が拉致され事件の真相を明らかにすることができるかもしれないと思ってみた。北朝鮮政府の行為は間違っていると言うのは簡単だとは思わないので、実際に事件の経緯や被害者の気持ちが伝えられるようになったといいなあ。4000万円という額も大きすぎるかな？遺族の幸福を考慮して、支払う金額はどれくらい適切か？

On one hand, 4000 million yen is a lot of money and it's about time North Korea takes responsibility for their actions . But on the other hand, what about all the other abductees who are still missing? Will they ever get compensated too? And what about the families of the victims? They're already suffering so much... does 4 billion yen really make up for everything?
北朝鮮の行為はまだとてもひどいものでしたね… ついに東京地裁が賠償命じた判決が出てきてよかった。遺族の気持ちを考えてもらえなくてはならないんだ。4000万円はまだ少ないかなと思ってしまうでも、少しずつ日本人を拉致してきた北朝鮮の行為に対する日本国民への損害について、判決が下されたと言うことは良いことだ。 international community の注目を集める可能性がありますし、北朝鮮政府が遺族に対して適切な賠償を行うことを余儀なくされることも期待できると思うけど、問題はまだ深くないかな。
Tokyo High Court just ordered North Korea to pay 4000 million yen in damages to Japanese families affected by the kidnapping cases... really? I mean, I know it's about time for someone to take responsibility for those awful events, but 4000 million yen is a pretty big number, don't you think?
It's crazy that they're still not taking full responsibility. Like, come on, if you've been kidnapping Japanese people and holding them captive, at least acknowledge your mistakes and apologize! And now North Korea has to pay out all that money... it just highlights how messed up this situation is.
But I'm glad the court finally made a decision like this. It's about time justice was served for those families who went through so much trauma.
それに反対するなら、まずは法律で支払うことから始めると思うんだ。法律ではあるから、それに従って行われるべきじゃないかな 
これからも、北朝鮮もその過去の誤った行動に対する責任を取り、遺族に適切な賠償を行うようしなければならないと思っていますね…でも、一方で、この判決が日本人への損害を認めていて、日本国民の幸福を考慮した判決であることを考えると、実際は少しも残念でない印象です… 
4000万円の賠償はとても大きな金額やな。でも、実際は問題の大きさを考えてみると、北朝鮮が勝った場合も、負けた場合も遺族に与える影響は同じですから... 
どちらかというと、日本人を拉致した事件で日本国民の生活を大幅に変えられた事件だと思いました。なので、賠償額に関係なく、北朝鮮政府が日本に与える影響は深刻だと感じます。
