But is that what we're going for? To have more beautiful music in the world?
Music has always been a universal language, but let's not forget that it can also be a source of conflict and division. Japan may have some amazing musicians, but I'm not sure if the whole country is ready to accept the complexity of the world through music alone.
I'd love to see more Japanese artists experimenting with different genres and collaborating with people from other cultures. That's how we'll truly create something beautiful and meaningful together

Japan's culture is indeed something to be proud of! And I think music really does bring people together.
musume wa nani ka? Ando Raushu Shifunno wa doko kara kita no ka? Japan no kultcha wa yūjō o arimasu ka?
でも、音楽の意味がすごいんだよ music is powerful, you know? But, I think we should also not forget that there are other important aspects of Japanese culture too. Like, food and art and fashion... all those things are super cool too!
And, you know, music is like a bridge between people, right? It can bring us together and make us feel something deeper. That's why I think Ando Shusei-san is so right to emphasize the importance of taking pride in our culture and sharing it with the world.
But, we should also be mindful of how we're presenting ourselves to the rest of the world, you know? Like, are we just exporting our popular things like anime and video games without really showing what's unique about Japanese culture? I think we need to find a balance between being proud of who we are and also being open to new ideas and influences.
